This outstanding ‘Mk IV-R Commando 900’ Norton motorbike is a hanging and completely custom-made basic sports activities bike, conceived by Jets Ceaselessly Bikes as a head-turning ‘Monterey Class’ race bike.
It was reworked throughout a seven-year restoration and customization by John Parry of Cobra Bikes Engineering and Pete Lovell Developments, guided by Jets Ceaselessly Bikes proprietor Jeff Duval’s exacting specs.
The bike now sports activities a smooth black end with a yellow stripe, gold-accented entrance fairing headlight ring, and a customized black leather-trimmed seat pad. It rides on a set of aftermarket wheels with a 21-inch entrance and an 18-inch rear, that includes stainless-steel spokes from Apollo Wheels, shiny black rims, polished spokes, and gold anodized spoke nipples, all wrapped in Avon RoadRider tires.
Upgrades embrace a customized chromoly chassis with a 5-inch stretch and 37-degree rake by John Parry, Competitors Ceriani entrance forks, CR Suspension Kft rear shock absorbers, a Beringer competitors brake meeting, Swedish Racing ISR and Kustom-Tech floating brake discs, customized exhaust, digital speedometer, Motone handlebar switches, mirrors, gold anodized gas faucets, and braided gas strains.
Pete Lovell Developments reworked the 900cc parallel-twin engine, enhancing efficiency with varied enhancements, comparable to gas-flowed cylinder heads, elevated compression ratio, and exact modifications to elements just like the crankshaft, con rods, and valve caps.
