WERA: Airfence Burns In Fiery Crash At Highway Atlanta – Roadracing World Journal

Hundreds of {dollars} of sentimental boundaries had been destroyed in a fiery crash Saturday, Might 27 on the WERA Cycle Jam at Michelin Raceway Highway Atlanta.

Ilan Bental crashed in Flip 4, the esses part, at Highway Atlanta in the course of the 600ccc/C Superstock Skilled race. Robust winds then turned a small hearth on Bental’s crashed motorbike into an inferno that burned up an enormous part of tire wall, a sequence hyperlink fence, and an estimated 8-9 sections of life-saving Airfence Bike smooth boundaries.
