The new owners of what used to be called Miller Motorsports Park and Utah Motorsports Complex is now called West Desert. On Friday, September 18th, the track in Grantsville, Utah held a Grand Re-Opening VIP Day for registered guests and media representatives. RoadracingWorld.com was invited.

Miller, sold to a Chinese corporation and allowed to languish, and now owned by enthusiastic Americans with a plan and a vision. They’ve already been talking to MotoAmerica, ASRA, and other motorcycle racing organizations, including the ill-fated World Moto Clash. If all goes well, this could be a new dawn for motorcycle (and car) road racing in Utah and the surrounding area. More information will be posted if and when it becomes available.
